Booking Policies
DEPOSITS
$15 Non-Refundable deposit is reuired to save appointment
Deposit can only be transferred ONCE if you reschedule 24 hours in advance.
Deposit will be taken from card used to book appointment.
PAYMENT
Remaining balance should be paid with Cash, Zelle or Cash App only.
$5 fee for Card Transactions!
REFUND POLICY
There will be no refund after service is rendered. There is 24 grace period to communicate any issues and have your lashes fixed at the earliest convenience.
LATE POLICY
10 minute grace period
Over 15 minutes late : cancellation
No Call No shows: Charge 50% of service
PHONE POLICY
You cannot open your eyes and use your phone during the lashing process for safety reasons
I don’t mind if you have your phone to listen with your head phones
I ask that your phone is on silent during the service, as you can’t use it while I am lashing you and It keeps from any delays during service.
If you need to answer a call or text I can help (eyes must remain closed for safety reasons)
PARKING
Please message me on Instagram once you have arrived
.(you should also send me a message letting me know you are about 10 minutes away )
You may park anywhere on the street as long as there are no cars blocked
RETENTION
If you feel that you might not have enough lashes for a refill consult with me before booking
You must have 50% of the extension to be considered a refill
Anything after 3 weeks or less then 50% is considered a full set
Book accordingly as different services block off a different amount of time
Please come in with CLEAN and BARE lashes for any full set appointment OR make sure to add on a removal if you have ANY lashes on!
TIMING
Please make time refill appointments take anywhere from 45min -1.5 hours, full sets 1.5 hours- 2.5 hours
Plan accordingly so that the appointment is not rushed
Make sure to book appointments correctly (if you need a removal add it on to the service) it blocks off the extra time needed to complete the full service
